Documentary following Birmingham-based artist Christopher Spencer, known for his satirical collages, as he takes a number of giant outdoor displays across the UK.

Cult phenomenon Cold War Steve takes his satirical art from the digital to the physical realm, providing a challenging analysis of the political landscape and raising important questions around the roles of art, satire and censorship.

Dubbed the modern Hogarth of his times, Cold War Steve tackles famous international figures across a whole spectrum and casts them into incongruous settings as pure satire.

The film features interviews with our central protagonist Cold War Steve as well as writers and art historians including Stephen Fry, Mark Gatiss, Ruth Millington, Lemn Sissay and Benjamin Zephaniah.
