A brand new feature documentary about Placebo that traverses amazing never-before-seen archive and backstory to tell its tale, alongside new performance footage captured at the legendary Twickenham Studios which is woven through the film.

A study of art and activism, the film explores themes important to the band as explored in their music over the years, such as surveillance/social media scrutiny; gender and sexuality; identity and self expression; the environment; addiction.

The film features contributions and appearances from Benedict Cumberbatch, Robbie Williams, Yungblud, Self Esteem, Shirley Manson, Skin, Joe from Idles, who are captured on film in a very unique way and create conversation with Placebo’s Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal on each of these themes as the story unfolds.
